• Check-in: Rooms are available from 14.00.
  
• Check-out: Rooms must be vacated by 10:00.
  
• A reservation is valid as soon as it has been confirmed in writing by us.
  

• For an overnight stay with breakfast, we deduct € 15.00 per person from the half-board price.
  
• Double rooms are available to book for single occupancy on request and for a surcharge.
  
• Local taxes are € 3.70 per day and person, payable by those aged 14 and over.
  From 01.01.26 are 4,30 €.
• We charge € 15.00 per day for dogs

• You can cancel free of charge 8 days before you are due to arrive.
  
• For a cancellation made up to 3 days before arrival, we charge 80 % of the total price.
  
• In the event of no-show or early departure we charge 100 % of the total price.

• Swimming pool on the ground floor: 07:00 - 14:00
  
• Swimming pool on the 4th floor: 09:00 - 19:00
  
• Whirlpool on the panorama terrace: 11:00 - 19:00
  
• Sauna area: from 14:00
  
• Fitness room: 07:00 - 22:00
