Cancellations and prices
The following cancellation conditions are valid from 01.07.2020
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
- For cancellations, up to 3 days before arrival we calculate 80%
- For non-arrival and early departure, we charge 100%
- For an overnight stay with breakfast, EUR 15.00 per person is deducted from the half-board price
- Double rooms as single rooms can be booked on request with a supplement
- The tourist tax costs 2.50 Euros, children up to 14 years are exempt
- For dogs, we charge 10, – Euro per day
Reservations, Check-in & Check-out
- The rooms are ready from 14:00
- The rooms must be vacated by 10:00
- A reservation is valid if it is confirmed in writing by the Hotel
Opening time
- Swimming pool at -1 from 07:00 to 15:00
- Swimming pool on the 4th floor from 09:00 to 19:30
- Whirlpool on the panoramic terrace from 11:00 to 19:00
- Sauna area from 2pm
- Fitness area from 07:00 to 22:00
- Beauty department from 15:00 to 19:00
Other times can also be agreed.
